2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Intellectual Property

Public Content Licensing
When a user expressly chooses to make a recipe or cookbook "Public", the user grants Family Cookbookz the worldwide, royalty-free right to share, promote, and publish that content. This includes, but is not limited to, displaying the content to other users, featuring it in emails to current or non-users, using it in promotions and advertisements, placing it on our public landing pages, and utilizing it across other related sites controlled by TwoShirtz.
